MENUS FOR GROUPS AND COMPANIES

The proposal for groups by our chefs Ángel Palacios and Francisco Heras consists of 3 different menus
(A, B or C) to freely choose the one you prefer, according to each person's tastes.

All dishes are designed to share and be served in the center of the table.
Menus include 1/2 bottle of wine per person.

*There are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. The menu can be adapted if necessary.

COLD STARTERS TO CHOOSE

  • Young sprout salad with honey mustard vinaigrette
  • Plate of organic Catalan sausages
  • Catalan and Asturian cheese plate
  • Cured acorn-fed shoulder from Joselito
  • Cantabrian anchovies on sweet spelled, with Cabrales cheese and tomato jam
  • Beet tartar with raspberries, pistachios and fresh cream

HOT STARTERS TO CHOOSE

  • “Patatinas” with chipotle mayonnaise and black garlic
  • "Patatinas" with blue cheese cream and hazelnut praline
  • Date stuffed with chorizo and minced meat, sour bacon cider sauce and Roxmut
  • Octopus with lemon albedo purée, fermented plum, ink vinaigrette, kimchi and boc choy
  • Homemade croquettes
  • Homemade Gamoneu cheese croquettes

MAIN COURSES TO CHOOSE

  • Asturian blood sausage “Fariñona" with grilled squid, squid ink sauce and garlic and parsley oil
  • Beef cheek stewed in red wine with mashed potatoes in virgin olive oil
  • Low-temperature salmon with Jerusalem artichoke puree and dill butter sauce and salmon roe
  • Organic pork and boletus cannelloni with truffle emulsion
  • Grilled beef entrecôte with fries and peppers
  • Black rice with black aioli and shrimp
  • Venere rice with seasonal vegetables

DESSERTS TO CHOOSE

  • Rice pudding with egg yolk sorbet
  • Ningyo-Yaki of anise and walnuts with Sichuan pepper
